Our Policies on Custom-made Silver Jewellery

- Custom-made Silver Jewellery require a deposit or full upfront payment to begin creation.
- All Silver Jewellery will remain in our possession till full payment has been received.
- Payment requirements are: EFT & Proof of Payment via Whatsapp or Email.
- Custom-made Silver Jewellery have a 3 months warranty, in which if the Jewellery Breaks due to an oversight on our part, within that time, can be returned back for repair at no additional cost.
