All Jewellery Repairs have a waiting period up to 7 working days depending on type of Jewellery.

Our Policies on Jewellery Repairs

- Repairs require a deposit or full upfront payment to begin repairs.
- All Repaired Jewellery will remain in our possession till full payment has been received.
- Payment requirements are: EFT & Proof of Payment via Whatsapp or Email.
- Repaired Jewellery have a 1 month warranty, in which if the Jewellery Breaks due to an oversight on our part within that time, can be returned back for further repair at no additional cost to you.
